Best thing about this hotel is the prime location. And even other everything was amazing, fully satisfied with the services like hot water, location, room size, hygiene etc everything. even the restaurant serves good food and budget friendly rates, just that their service is a little slower maybe because i visited off season prime location, hot water, room size

Pros: Mall road starts from here, mall road full view balcony, big n spacious rooms, centrally located, easy connectivity, courteous staff, good food at reasonable prices. Cons: No lift, all rooms are at 2nd and 3rd floor, if tired then its tough to reach 3rd floor, traffic noise in road side rooms. mall road starts from here.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Manali.
