It was a wonderful experience, in the one night we stayed at Muscatel Yavachi, the staff was really courteous and they even provided a free upgrade of our room to super deluxe, they are a bit understaff presently but didn't let us feel that for even once, the at the reception catered to all our needs whenever called; they were quite welcoming. Ordering food at muscatel is really easy through their whatsapp scan menu and service is quite fast. I have always been satisfied by Muscatel group whenever booked with them.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Special thanks to Pema Roshan Som Arpan

Full marks to Hospitality. 5 Stars. The 2 ladies sitting at Reception were amazing. They upgraded the rooms as per our suitability All the staff was very helpful. The boy who serve the food was very polite. Hotel Ambience: 4 Star Location: 4.5 Star. Over all it was a Good experience. They upgraded the rooms as per our suitability. Since a infant with me, on request they replaced bedsheet, pilow cover and blanket cover.

To begin with the hospitality received was superb Thank you Pema she was great she was always ready to help me out whenever i need any stuff I urge the management team to say her thanks from my side much appreciated also sandeep the boy looks like my younger brother i didn't interact with other staff that much but i would like to thanks all for their kindness, and support ❤️

Great service with great hospitality. Love the people over there. Just give it a shot, you won't regret. Walkable distance from the nearest hotspots, so won't be any issue for transportation. Enjoy 🤘🏻😉

I'd say it's the best place to stay in gangtok ..had stayed in an other hotel which charged us more than this . more than happy to give five starts to the courteous staff and the timely service ❤️
