Disappointing StayWe were extremely disappointed with our stay at Alpha Omega Hotel.While the room architecture was decent, the hygiene and cleanliness were terrible. The bedsheets, quilt, and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with footprints all over. Even the curtains were stained and unclean. The room door latch was broken, making us feel unsafe.The bathroom was even worse — the shower tap was broken and kept falling off, making it very difficult to use. There were no windows or exhaust fans, so the entire room was filled with bathroom odors, making it suffocating to stay inside.We had paid around ₹2600 extra to include dinner and next day’s breakfast. However, the dinner experience was shocking — they didn’t offer any menu or or buffet or choice, just asked if we wanted veg or non-veg, and then decided everything themselves. The food was of third-class quality, almost as if it was cooked for the hotel staff, not the guests.For vegetarians, they mentioned paneer as the main dish but didn’t even serve it. The vegetables had no seasoning or tadka. The roti was half-cooked (kacchi roti), made entirely of maida — no options like naan, puri, or paratha. The dal was just watery and completely tasteless.Overall, we feel cheated and thugged by the hotel for the meals. This was one of the most disappointing food we’ve ever had at any hotel, and we strongly advise others to avoid booking meals along with the rooms.Disappointing Stay

the experience was horrible. first of all they did not provide the amenities stated. then when asked for dinner they said they will provide just one dish. then the light went away and for 4 hours there was no light. nor did they switched on the generator. i changed my stay after that and went to a new hotel. the hotel sucked. a big no to anyone visiting the place. never go there the staff is rude and arrogant also. no facilities charging for a worthless room. while asking about the same they are blaming it on goibibo saying that the app has listed all the facilities for increasing their sale we don't know anything you should have called before booking.

The hotel rooms and amenities were excellent and the service provided was of high quality. The manager present was kind and took care of all our needs. Room hygiene and food were excellent. Also taxi services were provided at reasonable rates by the manager.

The Hotel is located just beside the Bhan Jakhri falls next to the bridge. Rooms were maintained properly and it is cozy. Recommended for Couples and small family. Suman the Hotel manager was very helpful and the staffs are very humble. Must visit
