Definitely a experience of life time. Everything was beyond expectations. The staff is all supportive and supper cool. All structure is new and neat & clean. Whole check-in process was very smooth from start till end. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly without any complaints. We had requested room decoration since it was honeymoon trip for us and the decoration was outstanding. After every room service room was clean and bed was decorated with towels and napkins. Thanks Alpine Hill for the superb services.

It was a wonderful property at a great location. We stayed in a room with excellent valley view. And what I really loved was courteous and polite staff and their hospitality. The food was was delicious and we really enjoyed it at the restaurant. The hotel is centrally located so it's really easy to move around in Gangtok when staying here. I look forward to my next visit at this place .

Hotel is very clean and sanitized as well as rooms and restaurant. The hotel is In a very common quite place.Hotel is very well accessible from M.G Marg as local taxi available at all the Times. Service is perfect. The restaurant foods are very delicious 😋 and pocket friendly price. The staff's behaviour is very courteous and friendly.

It was a amazing stay!!!!! the staff were very friendly and kind .i saw alot of negative reviews about this hotels but none of them are true.. everything was clean and tidy. the food was excellent. the rooms were nicee. I take a step forward to appreciate the staff who helped us with everything.

The hotel location is lil bit far from MG Marg but you can avail taxi from district court very near to the hotel. food is good and healthy. Our 3 nights stay in this hotel is good. I fully recommend to everyone to stay and njoy. Reception boy Manish is very helpful and cooperative also.

It was an awesome stay. I stayed from 17.02.2021 to 20.02.2021.Staff was highly professional, cooperative and room service was good...Rooms were clean and hill facing.Food was average.. Excellent room in this budget.

The Alpine hills Retreat one of the good property in Gangtok. Every part of the hotel is very clean and maintained & most of the rooms are valley view. Location is easily excellent just near to District court.

Shubham from room service was great help. He helped us with everything, and provided great service. The food was great and affordable. Although the choices are limited, but that's true for all Gangtok.

Good room service and a well behaved staff. The rooms are quite big and hygienic. This hotel is very close to the helipad and if you are traveling from Bagdogra you can catch a helicopter for Rs 2500.
