They Provided free drop for Darshan Cons- (Negative Points) 1. No place to keep soap near shower area (Missing soap holder) 2. Shampoo provided in sachet form which is too difficult to open 3. I would like to rate 3 star. Room was okay and clean. On reception, staff was nice and behaviour was good. But I would not recommend their food as we found insect inside curd l, which they agreed and did not charged us. They accepted thier mistake which is a good gesture. Overall it was okay experience. It costed me around 5k for 2 nights. Also they dropped us on station after checking out. Pick and drop service till Banganga is also good(6am to 10pm sharp)

please dont take shrine view room as it dont have sound proof glasses since its on roadside, dont add breakfast as they serve 8 am onwards as you leave early for devi darshan, no complimentary drink given as i reached post check in hours which has nothing to do with check in time, i had breakfast only once though paid for 4 days, hotel ambience is good and room is spacious.

Excellent room for Family. Neat and clean wash room and clean bed sheet. We took the family room and it had two double bed and two toilets in a big room. Good comfortable stay. Hot water is available 24/7. Staff are cordial and humble. Keep it up

Poor Hospitality. Untidy rooms. Only 2-3 members are there who do service also in restaurant and housekeeping as well. Poorest breakfast spread i had seen ever. Smelly Poha, greasy poori and no option for sandwitches etc and coffee.

This hotel has excellent service and ambience, distance from railway station is around 10-15 minutes, food is very good; both room rent and food is quite reasonable, best stay for family and friends.
