The room is little damp n without mirror. Floor is unclean as only sweeping is possible. Hotel people n food are awesome. Manzil (owner), Sudarshan, Sampan are very friendly. It seems a relationship bonding grown with their hospitality. We overlook the damp room n unclean bed linens n quilts.

This is one of the cheapest hotel that can be found in the area. The owner was so nice to all of us. For the money we pay the rooms provided are pretty decent not the best. It's quite close to most of the tourist attractions in the area. Overall a great stay. Recommended this hotel to other.

Customer Service was good, no doubt on that. However, the cleanliness and quality of the hotel was below average / expectation. it is situated right above Cemetry. No WiFi, No shower head.. old style toilet..

alone a hotel with only 2room.not clean up to satisfaction.food not good .no other good food source nearby ,only you can stay closed from zoo (5mtr)and ropeway (700mtr)but peaceful.

The hotel is located near to St. Xavier's School, at a considerate distance from the taxi stand. Staffs are cordial, Food is average but the location is great.
