It was truly a wonderful experience staying at Central Gleneagles Heritage Resort in Darjeeling for 4 nights. The view from the attached terrace was absolutely breathtaking, offering some of the best scenic landscapes I've ever seen. Waking up to the stunning vistas was a highlight of my trip. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Bishal, for being so kind and attentive throughout my stay. Your guidance in planning my trip made everything seamless and enjoyable. The staff was equally exceptional, always ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. I look forward to returning with my family and experiencing the warmth of the hospitality again. hotel was very beautiful. but you have to climb up till the end of mall road. cars are not allowed on mall road so you have to walk all tge way till tge hotel. you can call them and they will send porter to carry your luggage to hotel. but it is totally worth as the room is very beautiful and the view is amazing. they also provided room heater and electric blanket for free. the receptionist Kalpana was very sweet and helpful. breakfast buffet was good and cheap like 400 for 3 people.

Beautiful Mountain view from the room.Good service.Helpful Manager & staff.Breakfast is very testy and delicious.Very Nice location.2min walking distance from mall.All amenities are available in the hotel.Hot running water also available for 24 hours.Location is excellent.Interior decoration will give u a +Heritage feeling.They also have a play area for kids & Private balcony.Overall good experience

It was a wonderful experience. am staying here for the second time and my stay here was as good as the first time. the staff here are very helpful, they managed to serve us with great hospitality as well as great food even in between the lockdown. the view from the rooms are incomparable. the hotel deserve no less than five star for its location, view, staff, spacious clean room.

it's a awesome stay, good location , you can see sunrise from room, after 1 min of walk to the mall view point you can see kanchunjunga. hotel staffs are humble and helpfull. hotel also sends porter to collect your lauggage, as you can't reach this place by car. delicious breakfast they served. Food is also delicious.

although the resort is on the other side of Mall Road, I don't have one negative remark for it. Bishal da was an amazing host along with the other staff in the property.The suite room is amazing made with so much space and privacy with an outstanding view.. Breakfast items were limited but good quality.

I just loved my stay, I couldn't believe my eye sight when I woke up in the morning and saw the spectacular view of mountains from my room, it was simply breathtaking. location was very good. Food was excellent. All the staffs were very nice.

Such an amazing view.. so much of greenery.. absolutely loved my experience. The feeling was like staying in a personal bungalow in the middle of mountains! Would love to go there again whenever I want to relax and rejuvenate.

comfortable stay, clean rooms , beautiful view, very near to main market and mall road. Pla bare in mind we have to walk a bit to reach this resort as cars and taxi not allowed. breakfast is good and staff is very polite.
