We had the worst experience. Booked AC room, but on arriving late night they told us that AC rooms are not available and will have to stay in a non-AC room. This is a very common problem with this hotel and some customers had similar issues with this hotel. Hotel looks very neat. But be cautious while booking and do not pay in advance.

Worst hotel. I booked AC room they gave me non ac room having said no ac room available. Then I had one day booking left still they asked me to check out. Thanks to goibibo for the kind help that time and provided me another hotel without any extra charge.
