This hotel is in Siyal, very close (0.5 km) to mall road in Manali. One can reach via model town road adjoining mall road. Major advantage of this hotel is its location. Even though being close to mall road, it is at good height to give mesmerizing view of snow covered mountains from room's windows and balcony and roof top instead of being in congested crowd of hotels nearby mall road. Room was neat and clean with good room service. Food is also fine, had aloo paratha in breakfast. There is a visitor's waiting/dining area too in case of early check-in. They also have parking facility. It is quite big property with many rooms. Just before reaching hotel there are 2 ways to climb the elevation, stairs and curved road out of which any preferred way can be picked to reach hotel entry. If commuting by car, curved road can take you till the entry of hotel. Lift is not there in hotel thus one will have to climb the stairs. Overall, it was a nice stay. One can go back to hotel by walk even after enjoying night view of mall road in Manali. They provided milk for our baby whenever required. Well behaved staff.

Location too high..have to climb a lot of stairs..plus the way up is a bit hilly..our driver refused to park in the hotel as the way has some sharp turns on the hill...no generator during powercut...PLUS the billiards table is broken which is wrongly shown in the **** photos All these aside..the hotel is fantastic! The service and food is very good..rooms are awesome...the view is superb Id recommend this hotel to people who have no problem with height n all

This is one of the cosy stays in Manali. During our stay the chef wasnt available and hence the food was to be ordered from outside. However the host was absolutely polite and made up for everything. Rooms are wooden, bathrooms are clean and shiny and bed is soft and cosy. Couple travellers would love this place.

The hotel is far and you need to climb a lot of stairs to reach here. So not recommended for elderly people. Once we reached the rooms were smelly and dirty. We complained and then the staff cleaned it up for us. Though not upto the mark but was decent. So overall the rooms are good and staff is co-operative.

I opted a room with balcony but hotel gave me a room without balcony and dirty there are too much stairs.as a couple I feel very low with my partner because the room'atmosp low and there is no fan .mall road is on walking distance but overall this hotel is not good for couples 😕

The rooms of the hotel are very spacious and really good, situated at a nice location, the complementary breakfast provided by them has got variety of options and the food is tasty. The owner and the Manager of the hotel , Mr. Anurag is very polite and very helpful

The location was good.. but no roads you have to go by stairs.. also I faced an issue regarding no water . Water was not available from 8pm to morning 10am. breakfast was not that good.. really slow service.. nice staff but slow....also no fans or AC in room

1. Very rude behavior of the staff as well as Mgr.2. Never cleaned the room in 3 days.3. Food was not provided. When we called to order lunch at 2pm. we were told that kitchen was closed at 12pm. (with informing) Would never recommend anyone

The owner was charging way to much for a small amount of rice and dal and the taste was not also good theres lots of stairs but the view is worth it the maneger gave us the wronh room without balcony but charged us for balcony also

A newly constructed property, very close to mall road, great food! the rooms are huge, there is parking available, and the owner can get cabs arranged as well.
