I went Vaishno Devi for the first time and stayed in Fortune hotel. I had a very comfortable stay and the food was amazing. The hospitality, cleanliness, food, surroundings all deserves applauds. I was travelling solo and never felt unsafe when staying here at Fortune. The location is nearby to Banganga from where the Vaishno Devi Yatra starts. You can even get a shrine facing rooms and make your stay more memorable. The reception people have helped me for getting Yatra parchi and provided the cab services also till Banganga to and fro. One side cab charges are complimentary. Food is great. Its a religious place so you will not find onion, garlic and eggs containing food items in and around Katra. Fortune hotel is among those hotels who are serving onion in their food but they will ask you first if you want it. Rooms are neat and clean and quite spacious. Washrooms are too good. Services are five star. Overall had a great time staying here. Thanks Fortune. Safety and comfort as I was travelling solo.

at the moment the property at Katra fortune is a boon to have at a pilgrimage place. the hospitality warmth and worth mentioning. the quality of food , hygienie is upto the mark . the food at the restaurant is way better than what u get outside from leading chains nathus or others at the busstand crossing ample parking space within the campus with proper view of trikuta hills. we all travellers know how the shrine board staff harassment at every level as ayatri we all suffer . fortune at katra feels like a home . it's a little pricey but compensate by the serene and peaceful environment from the chaos and choitic outside .. good place for kids , family members round the clock options for food . the breakfast spread variety. food is tasty. I wish all travellers should try atleast once .. was at the property for 4 days regards Jai mata di

An exceptional experience- with exceptionally efficient Executive Jugnu , with a world class Executivev Chef Karan with his exquisitely spread food , super efficient F&B manager Kunal , service with a smile thy name is Hem Lata in the restaurant , housekeeping person Romesh who is super efgicient , & Vijay who came with wheel chair to Rly station today and made my much easier today , and off course, ! a highly responsive reception staff Overall an excellent experience !

Rooms offer view of mata vaishno devi , clean and hygienic rooms, good interior and amenities, delicious food but portion a bit less , amazing hospitality , good location , value for money Staff at restaurant rainbow specially Mr rahul and front desk staff very cooperative & friendly , enjoyed the warmth and stay Minus - drop/ pick facility had to b pressed on for compliance , spa not functional Privacy , amenities , hospitality

Everything was top notch...loacation was near railway station n market...rooms were spacious...washroom was super clean...all necessary toiletries were provided...staff was so kind n cooperative ajay, vijay rajjak mohammad....dey provided us early checkin...one way complimentary drop off to the yatra point was also provided....breakfast was lavish had everything one could ask for...a big thumbs up👍

One of the best property in Katra, The property was well maintained and situated heart of city, the rooms are spacious and clean, with good views of the Vaishnodevi mountains with breath taking view at night. The food is delicious and hygienic. The hotel was well organized with trained staff. Overall, it is a very good property for a comfortable stay. Rooms were given on same floor

Good services. The room and services provided were worth the price. The staff was hospitable as well as quick to respond. Best part was their complimentary service for vaishno devi drop off. They guide you re any changes to VD journey and assist you get the journey pass. In room food service was amazing too! Safety was no issue. Staff was kind and property was well kept.

One of the best property in Katra, The property was well maintained and situated heart of city, the rooms are spacious and clean, with good views of the Vaishnodevi mountains with breath taking view at night. the food is excellent and fully customisable as per your needs. the room is spacious and clean with a very good centralised ac that efficiently cools even in the hot summer time. amir from the staff is very helpful and attentive to all our requests. thank you amir for making our stay wonderful. rest all staff are also very polite.

my stay was short but it was excellent. i did not find anything wrong in the property starting from check in to check out. the food was amazing and staff is humble and polite. next time i am visiting vaishno devi mata darshan. i am surely staying in this property.
