This is one of the best places you can stay close to the town of Dar-chilling. Mall Road(Keventers and Glenarys) is just 2 min down the road. The rooms were pretty good, I booked the deluxe room which is the on the 4th floor of the property. Its actually a 3bhk space with a dining area, hall area and a balcony. If you book the 3 rooms the whole floor is just for you. All the rooms have attached restrooms and the best one being the master bedrooms. Very clean and well maintained. The room service is pretty good and don't miss the tea and biscuits :) The best part is you have a bonfire in the hall area and thats the best thing you can have since it was freezing with snowfall. When you see the building you might think, oh man should I stay at this place, however keep in mind. "Never judge a book by its cover". I am guessing the 4th and the 5th floor is only given as stays since all the other floors are residence of govt officials or local families of Darjeeling. If you miss the early morning dash to tiger hills since you overslept, not to worry, just go to the balcony and see the mighty kanchenjunga litted up by the ☀ Staff is very polite and well behaved. We got a traditional souvenir from them at the time of check out.

It was amazing experience includes everything room services, food and hospitality. Staff are too co-operative and friendly too. I must recommend to all traveller you should stay here for sure. It will worth to spend some money. I came along with parents and we felt homely enviroment. We didnt went out for dinner we stayed about 3 nights and we had dinner at hotel only. They made food according to our wish. I really appreciate thier services. If we are on vacation and we get all services this way thn what else we need. I would like to visit this hotel again in future. Thank you much for everything 🌻

The staff at this hotel is very pleasant and helping. Hospitality is excellent. Even though due to some unforeseen condition the lift was not working and we need to climb 5 floors daily, we couldn't complaint to them due to their approach. The food served in the restaurant is bit costly but it was really homely. The ambience in restaurant is remarkable. If vehicle for pick up and drop as well as local site seeing required, can be arranged by them at a reasonable rate. Over all I give a five 🌟 to them. Excellent hospitality...

It's a nice place to stay in Darjeeling. View of Kanchan Jangha from hotel is nice. Staff is also good and polite. Good restaurant in the premises. Slightly costly food than normal restaurant but tasty than others and hygienic. Cost is ok due to convenient. It will be better if slightly cheap food. Good arrangements of vehicle for sight seeing after a quiet discussion with manege on good price. Values of money.

Awesome stay.. A little bit pricey but entire Darjeeling is costly because of tourist destination. Sudarshan helped us in booking cabs for Darjeeling tour and also guided us whenever needed. They even gave us hot bags in our bed for the cold. Cooking staff is very good. Food price is on the higher side but taste is just too good. Definitely recommend l.

An awesome place to stay. Good hospitality, polite staff members, the day time care taker Sudarshan and the whole day staff member from Lamahatta is an awesome resource to the team of staff. The hotel has awesome view. If I go by what I saw, the Kanchanjangha view is better than tiger valley.

wonderful experience...one can see Kanchenjunga peak from their room.. sunrise looks breathtaking.. awesome experience.market is very much near...just walking distance...one can find no of stalls of Street foods...taxi stand is also nearby... overall worth a place to stay in..

Very good hotel. Beautifully designed. Esp the restaurant. Ambience only of of its kind I guess. Very clean n neat. Very helpful cooperative n pleasant staff...Good food too but limited options were available at that time due to some reason. Overall very good experience.

A must visit hotel .... booked here for 2 days then extended the same for 3 days. you will feel like a second home here be it food , staff , room service .. just name it .a highly recommend place if you're looking for a room view .
