Very very worst hotel in my stay. Service very poor only two Bell boy for whole hotel and the hot water they will provide like a ration shop (7 am to 9 am and 7 pm to 9 pm ) cockroaches will come any time. AC is not working when we stayed if We open the windows the insect will ready. fan they're not provide and they said they don't have. if We ask the hot water check in people in the evening to take bath they will ask why you are asking hot water when the outside is hot. (We are so tired in the travel We asked spa to front off while check in they are not operated so decided to take hot water bath)This is our real experience.

My stay was very comfortable,Resort us situated very next to Ban Jhakri fall,Paragliding point and Rumtek Monastery also not that far.Hotel has drop and pick facility to M G Marg available.Swimiing pool and spa was well maintained.Food was delicious.All staffs were very courteous and helpful.Hotel has centralised heating system also with modern amenities and rooms are very specious 😊

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, and swimming pool too excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Everything was broken, we couldn't even stay. Broken gym, broken hot tub, broken pool, broken AC, broken hot waterOMG ! It's so expensive for what is there, the place has no charm, no decoration, no theme, It's like they stopped before they finished.

It hotel staff Miss Kismi and Mr. Sandeep helped to arrange cake for our anniversary. The servies of Dipik also helped. Neha , Saraswati and Sarda cleaned the room neatly. Overall we had a nice stay.

Location is in remote from city but building is nice Food quality is poor. Proper facilties is not provided in toilet as body lotion after bath etc. Staff dealing is nice.
