Hotel Malabar Inn

the amenities and feeling was not upto the mark.not value for money.frequent power cuts, ac's not working when on generator, toileteries were of third grade,scarcity of charging points intercom was not working u have to go all the way to the reception for any help or assistance. The hotel staff will give vague reasons even in emergency situations .one of our rooms lock was stuck when called for help they are stupiditly saying that we are not but the owner is having the keys and we cant call him @7am since he is sleeping.(Height of stupidness and reluctance) u will have to pay extra for price on mrp for water bottle and that even immediatly at the door itself.there was no in-house restraunt facility so even for a toast u will have to go to the market. the furnitre was old .overall it was not a good stay.will not reccomend.

no electricity on day 1, no power back up, room was dusty, there were no toiletries, cooler was dirty and broken, bathroom curtains we're not clean, bucket was so dirty to use, linens we're not clean as well, bad room service. I have asked to get the room change or upgrade to AC but he denied. Worst hotel experience.

It's very conveniently located in the market area itself. The rooms that they provided to us was very neat & clean & even their staff's services were very satisfactory as well. Overall we had fantastic stay over here.

Its a nicely located hotel quite comfortably reachable. The service they provided was completely up to the mark. People were cooperative. Rooms were neat and clean. Overall a nice property to visit.
