We stay in the hotel for 3 night. In one word our experience was awesome. The staffs are always happy to help you. Room service was good, very clean room, bathroom & toilet are very clean & well maintained and they also offer testy food at reasonable price. Hotel manager was super friendly. No power issue as they offer 24x7 D.J. + good wifi connection. Also you can easily visit MG Marg from hotel, it's only few minutes by share cab which is available very frequently. I'll definitely stay there whenever visit and recommend my friends & relatives to stay if they visit Gangtok. Be solo /couple /family/bachelor friend group /business trip, this hotel is perfect for everyone.

Just one word- FABULOUS. Due to some reason I booked standard room however the manager upgraded to Superior as complementary which is a very big thing. After that I asked to reschedule my check in dates and they did it for free. The staff is very very good and the manager is one of the best person I have ever met. This hotel is only recommended in Gangtok. Service and respect that we get.

Our stay at Maya Inn was an amazing experience. The property is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities. Mr. Ravi in the hotel staff is a very humble and helpful person. He was always ready to help us. I would highly recommend staying in Maya Inn for everyone visiting Gangtok.

Definitely a very good hotel , good spacious rooms , friendly and efficient staffs , good food , cozy restaurant. Special mention of the staffs who were very co operative . Good peaceful location yet good connectivity and not very far from MG Marg . Would definitely recommend this hotel

best hotel and perfect stay at this hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights. Room cleaning is perfect. Manager and staff behavior is excellent. We book standard room but the manager has upgraded our rooms to superior within the same amount. I will recommend this hotel.

Excellent hospitality and , awesome food , lovely breakfast. All things are really good . Hotel is located a little bit far from Mg market , but taxis are available with 20-30 rs on sharing basis. I recommend you to please stay in this hotel . Food & Services
