It is an excellent hotel with superb location atop a hill. It is little bit away from main Gangtok area, but there is easy transportation available. The rooms, toilets, food, customer service, outdoor areas, and just about everything is perfect. There is ample parking space. I had a great stay with them recently with my wife. They upgraded me to a suite room, which was excellent in every way. Plus I had to make few last moment adjustments to my reservation and the hotel staff readily helped me. The breakfast and dinner meals were light, tasty, and nice. They even served "chana bhatura" in breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise for North Indian person like me. I would love to recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Gangtok.

We were here for New Year's Eve. I'm sorry for such a late review but this cute little hotel definitely deserves a good review so that more travelers get to know of it. The room was cozy and beautiful and had a lovely view of the mountains. The dinner buffet was amazing and so was breakfast. Those of you who wish to stay close to the main market (M.G Marg, Gangtok) and do not have a private vehicle may face problems because the property is up-hill and not within walking distance from the main town. We had our own car so we didn't have to worry. I simply loved this hotel. The view is breathtaking.

A great property located away from the hustle bustle of town. Located in a quiet and peaceful place away from main market. Its located in VIP area. Rooms are cozy and beautiful with great views of the mountain. This property is up-hill and away from main market not walking distance (1-2 km) approx. shared taxis are available outside of hotel or staff can arrange for a private taxi. The breakfast was nice and staff was nice and accommodating as we were late for breakfast but they still arranged breakfast for us. Great stay!!.

Had visited gangtok in the december month, must say its a place which is still not highlighted in India, but its one of the ecstatic place after Kashmir, we stayed at Hotel Mount Siniolchu, beautiful location,tremendous views from the room, Delicious food above all Staff were so humble,Nipun from front office always welcomed us with a smile when we enter the hotel, Thanks to Mr yogen who arranged for the Local sightseeing. All in all I loved Gangtok as a place, must visit.

Had a wonderful stay... Service was really good, they took into consideration every requirement we had... Those in the restaurant section need a special mention, we really appreciate the efforts you took. Please keep up your service standards, keeps you apart from your competitors. Only issue we faced was with hot water, it suddenly stopped in between. Definitely a wonderful place to stay with breathtaking view of snow capped mountains.

Stayed here for 3 nights I would rather do the review in 2 categories positives n negatives Positives are: Great location,small but cozy and clean and modern room,courteous staff, very peaceful,amazing views of the valley and the mountains,decent food Negatives: Distance from mg road so if u don't have your own vehicle conveyance could be a problem,food quality could be better, room size slightly on a smaller side,

This is a very decent hotel, with a beautiful locality. Hotel is nicely maintained and accommodation is really nice. Its was a very nice stay from the check in to check out. the hotel provides excellent hospitality. Complimentary breakfast was good. Wi - fi facility was great. hotel is located just 2 km away from the bus stand. Overall preferable for its view & calm atmosphere also. Highly recommended for all stay.

The hotel is located very near to MG Marg and the view from the room is ecstatic, The staff are very courteous and always eager to extend themselves to serve you. The food served in the restaurant is delicious and they also have a small Bar where one can go and have drinks. All in all it was a memorable stay at Gangtok, Highly recommended for couple travellers.

The hotel is located near to M G marg, A good heritage property but very well maintained. The rooms give a nice view of MountKunchenjunga. The lady at the reception Nipun always welcomed us with smile. They have also got a small garden where one can spend quality time with their loved ones. Highly recommended for Couples.

The hotel is absolutely gem specially in this monsoon season, We enjoyed to our full heart and carried back fond memories with us. The Rooms were spacious and gave a view of the ecstatic Mount Kunchenjunga. The hotel is a heritage property which is very well maintained. Highly recommended to Couples.

It is the best place who wants to stay in quite and green place. It's location is best from where you can enjoy the mountain view. Staff is very cooperative and veg food is very delicious. You will feel relax there as it is away from market.

Location is just amazing. services , food quality needs more improvement. Rooms are smaller in size as compared to tariff. Overall considerable due to excellent location and ambience and one can compromise on food quality or room size.

Best location! Great food! Excellent hospitality! The hotel is in the VIP area with chief minister's residence, other minister's residence and police residence nearby. Staff can do whatever needed to make you feel comfortable.

hotel electricity is on off its poor quality and hotel interior is poor because heater is on but not work properly and cloudy is bad to this room staff behavior is very excellent 👍 very poor to room quality

They don't have Heaters in room but they provide on chargeable basis which is actually bad in a place like Sikkim, it gets too cold on the night. Except for that overall it's a good place to stay.
