Hotel is not good for old age or family people, this property is very inside from mall road where vehicle not go. You need to walk hilly road with your luggage. Early morning tiger hill visit you need to walk @3:30 am in morning in this dirty and narrow road. we booked 2 room and one room nither have TV nor geyser. rooms are small. good thing is supervisor Mr. Mark is very cooperative and helpful. There is open roof if you stay reception floor, this will give you good view.

Location is near mall. Staffs are helpful. Scenic beauty from room is nice. The rooms are comparably cheap in rate. Bedsheets and blankets are clean. Like Darjeeling, the hotel also has water problem. It has no room geyser although hot water is provided in the morning through hotel geyser. The hotel also has no restaurant facility. The hotel is certainly recommendable for family.

After 3 yrs I have visited. Noticed several improvements like water supply, Bed, TV. But the condition of approach road is not good. Felt very bad odors in the approach road area. This hotel may be recommended for bachelors.

House keeping is very poor. Room service is also poor. Hotel is very old & dirty. Water supply is the main problem for this hotel, maximum time there are no water at toilet & bathroom.

really good place to stay with family . i am feeling homely atmosphere outside my home . but fooding system should improve . mr. pramod is very helpful person . views are nice.

okok type hotel...facilities is very normal. Person at reception don't know about check-in rules...according to him..you can not check-in at 10 pm..

Hotel is budget hotel. Rooms are small, bad peingant smell from room, rooms are not cleaned and hygienic. Away from market place. Bathroom is small.

nearly 5 mnts walk form mall. from the way of astabal. clean bed and toilet, rooms beside Terres are nice . no room service, holtailer is rude .
