HOTEL PEMA INN

very pathetic experience journey to hotel about to 1km on foot from mall on pathetic road where you could not able to move your trolley luggage . again hotel have no mobile number except a bsnl land line no , which could not be connected easily and the..mobile number retained to hotel owner who was living far away from the hotel. our triple bed room was about 35 staircase down from main hotel. room was given two single bed side by side together making triple bed; hot water was not at all available due to geyser was not working on 17th Nov evening, wherever requested for changing room , they told it is not possible though other side room remain vacant up to next day morning. I tried to contact with..customer care due network problem could not be able to talk except to stay at that room with 4-5 degree temperatures at night with my family along with my 10 yrs old daughter on the next day they demanded for tips with brazen faced. the last night and in the morning what problem we faced due to nonavailabily of hot water , they become unconcerned. so I requested to all guest if all the rooms of other hotel in darjeeling district , become full and you have no other option except stay at hotel PEMA IN, then either leave darjeeling immediately , if not possible then stay in a tent anywhere rather than to stay at Pema in. neve..stay at this hotel

1)Hotel is at a place where four wheelers are not allowed. So you have to carry your luggage and walk for 20 minutes to reach to the hotel. 2) When I called and fought with manager regarding this, he agreed to send Staff to carry luggage, but then they asked for money for the service and I had to pay. 3) Geyser was not working. Had to call the staffs at 10 pm to get it corrected. 4) While booking, it said there is Wi-Fi. but there was no Wi-Fi. 5) There was no phone to call room service. I had to call from my mobile to their board line number if we needed any help. 6)There was not much food option. Overall it was not a good experience and I will not recommend people with family to stay there.

Location is very bad,u can reach there only by walking with luggage about 30 min.there is no generator,gyeser& insufficient water at toilet. there is frequent load shedding problem . Staying there is very difficult hence I will not recommende other to stay in hotel pema inn. Zero rating recommend from my end.
