PRESHA SUITES AND APARTMENTS

I have been to Goa multiple times but this was one of the worst stays I ever had. My anniversary was spoiled.Few of the things I would like to point out.1. You can say there is no room service at all, inspite of calling them multiple times nobody would come for any query.2. The Jam kept on the breakfast table expired, I even complained at the reception about it but they didn't change. You can see the picture.3. The plates kept outside our opp room were not picked up from the past 2 days.4. They had not provided any kind of tea sachet, sugar etc in the room though it was mentioned everywhere on site while booking and on asking they told that it's over.These are the many few problems but I would never recommend this stay to anyone. They need to improve a lot w.r.t service.

Where do I start, I was so pleased with the location and space and wanted to say thank you. The hospitality has been nothing short of “Service Excellence” The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable, The luxurious living room is and Add on ! Vagator beach was just 5 mins drive. Also, the food was delicious the staff ensures we are having the best meals and reasonably priced as well. View from the balcony is pretty amazing and relaxing. Overall the experience was brilliant and I enjoyed a lot. Thanks again for all your help and I am sure I will be back again. I would like to personally thanks Eshaji for the warm hospitality.

They have mentioned king room but there are queen beds, there is no safety and sanitisation or even a sanitiser. No one was wearing a mask, the bathroom had clogged drainage, there was absolutely no water pressure, the beds are horrible with springs hurting your back. The worst thing was, I noticed they did not change the bed sheets for the guests arriving after us as I happened to be in the room during the cleaning of the last day when we were checking out. They even did not sanitise the room. This is the most ridiculous and unpleasant accommodation I have stayed at. Please avoid.

We booked 1 BHK SUITE WITH complimentary Bfast and balcony and it was spacious and Bfast was Superb. Ala carte served by them was mouth watering and very tasty. even they served Beer to me in the night . Highly recommended for Family or couples and Spacially friends Gang . All the main beaches within the RADIUS of 4 KMS . Will book the same hotel in the Future too. My wife loved the interior and designer cupboards mentioned in the photos .
