hotel is good and comfortable and offers value for money. rooms are spacious, staff is good and courteous. enjoyed out stay over here. restaurant food is also very good.

Excellent Stay at 33 hotels. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are so supportive and courteous, specially people at reception are of great support. I would recommend everyone to consider this for your stay at Katra.

Stay was very satisfactory, clean rooms and polite staff. Free drop and pickup to and from banganga which made our first to visit vaishno devi temple a hassle free and memorable one. Food is very nice, didn't have to go out.

Hotel was fine but need some improvements. Door lock was not working, I had called staff and they tried but still lock not worked and at end they said it needs repair. Hot water also not working ask reception to on hot water but staff is good and helpful

Nice spacious cleaned room.
complimentary breakfast and food taste is very good pickup and drop facility given by hotel till helipad.
Manager Rakesh Sharma is very supportive.
