when i visited the hotel denied the check-in as they are not taking online bookings. i have shown my booking in the app but they still refuse. i was stuck in the middle. beware of these typesvery bad experience during my first time trip to shri mata vaishno devi.

Bad experience bathroom was so dirty and unhygienic, toilet flush was not working, floor was not cleaned and room was surrounded by darmit colony showing lethargic and unconscious behavior of hotel staff and owner.

There were very little facilities in the inn, maintenance was poor I.e. toilet paper wasn't there, flush wasn't working, drinking water wasn't replaced, glasses were uncleaned etc. However the owner was polite and friendly but did not entertain complaints.
