every thing was not upto mark. No lift for 4 th floor intercom not working. But staff were polite.

1//it has 4 floors but there is no lift (elevator) 2//there was no pillow cover . 3//the water tap of the bathroom was broken and it was very difficult to use it comfortably. 4//The television was just a showpiece, ... rest food wad good and the location is perfect for airport. ....Staffs behavior were very good and they were professional and friendly.

there are no lifts, the water taps are hard to open and close and i broke my nail, good thing they provide free drip at airport
