Staff service was wonderful and the amenities were working well inside the room. Cleanliness was maintained within the hotel's area.

We did not get any room at Aradhana, Katra. We were told there is no booking for you. The staff did not open the door after knocking for half an hour. Staff was not able give us any proper reply, the mobile no given to us was switched off & after staff connected us on phone with some one said "there is no booking with us" Payment made by us has no reply ?????

The location was nice and easy to reach. The behavior of the staff was good. Rooms were comfortable to stay. In terms of security, it was safe to stay. So overall 4/5 for the stay.
