i checkouted, so it is not possible for photo
review.. hotel is economy but staff is not good.
as i asked one bottle water after dinner but till morning i didn't received.
even i had complimentary breakfast but no one told me about,
after checkout from reception told me that i have complimentary breakfast.

i booked a AC room ... but the ac of that room is not working.... when I complain abt that pblm the management was not take it seriously.... very much disappointed.... waste of money.... i will never recommend anyone to visit to Bluemoon guest house ever

Friendly staff and good service also the price is reasonable. But, the room I was staying had windows not closing properly and the room was average as it had stained walls.

I visited this hotel more than 20 times with the belief that this will improve in the coming days , but sadly this was my last visit to this hotel as people are not ready to change at all , same unhygienic no staff , and those who are there are rude .pathetic , pl don't waste your time by hoping that they will change , as that is not in there system at all, they are happy with flying customers,hope people understand

It was a pleasant stay.
All the staff's behaviour was awesome. They offered us complementary khichdi because of Saraswati Puja. Although they made the dish for themselves, but it's their kindness that they offered us.
