location is bit on height so normally during returning from market to hotel on foot is exhausting sometimes
otherwise service is totally good and room was excellent
I would recommend that hotel should provide room heaters for free with the room bookings
cause there is so much cold and they are charging 500 rupees for heater per day
food was good too

the location was very bad what we book is not the same they shift us in another hotel they said it's the same hotel....10mn we have to climb till up with the suitcase....when we give for room cleaning but the bedsheet the pillow cover n the blanket cover thy are using the same...

The receptionist behaviour was so rude and they keep asking for tips more than generous. it is not advised for senior citizens and for them who don't walk uphill cause it is located at hill top from the mall but the view was spectacular. Food qualify was good. Overall experience was not good as expected.

The most pathetic , worse road I have ever travelled ever to visit a hotel.
1 - Hotel was good
2 - Staffs were Good
3 - Hotel rooms were OK
4 - Everything thing was fine except the Way to reach there. It was a horribl experience.
please do visit only if u have cab or own vehicle although it would be tough by them too as it's much inside with no proper Google map work...
