Definitely not a 4 star hotel, i would say 2.5-3 at Max. Room linens and bathroom were dirty but they cleaned it when we pointed that out. The staff is good but the person sitting at the reception desk was very rude and shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. Food is ok not that great but bearable. The only plus point is the staff i hope the person at reception would learn something from them.

Swimming Pool area is in very bad shape with stinking changing rooms. Even towels are not provided for pool.

first of all they have overcharged for evrything and not shared the bill even after asking for the same repeatedly. towels in the hotel are not as per standards.. very hard and rough, one will not even use this quality at their home.. for member of 4 only 2 small water bottles (half ltr each) were provided in room and charged extra for adhoc water bottles.. atleast water is something hotel has to serve without any extra charges... without knocking the door, facility team enters the guest room and even dont feel sorry for such behaviour. simply that person ran away..
