The room was very unhygienic. Cockroach was roaming around the room and the person who opened the door saw it and did nothing. We were promised 2 double beds but instead we got 2 single beds with 4 pillows. We had to join the 2 beds and then sleep in an uncomfortable and congested manner. Too many unannounced rules that were not mentioned in the Goibibo app . Such as entry restrictions. Before 10 pm we had to enter the hotel and we can’t get out after that time. the bedsheets were dirty, people had spit in the room and it was not cleaned.
bathroom was dirty, flush not working, shower not working.

Perfect location for guests for visiting almost everywhere in Guwahati. Rooms are cozy with great options for having indigenous North East cuisines just across the road and Paltan Bazar just a few steps away for a great roadside shopping spree. The only little downside being damp bathrooms and its related issues. Its almost an absolute value for money as per my third time staying there and looking forward for my future stays when I visit Guwahati again.
