The stay was terrible. I booked 2 executive rooms with flexible check in timing but we when reached they asked us to adjust in single room. The washroom was pathetic not cleaned properly and absolutely unhygienic. The toilet was stained. The property was hotel Divine view in Shah road near Silver tower , paltan bazar, Guwahati .

hotel was average, staff had no sense of hospitality, lazy and slow tendency, room was good but water supply in bathroom was very bad, i had to ask for things like towel, toiletries and chairs again and again, table was very small and no enough dining space for 3 persons, blanket was also for only two persons, no blanket was given for third person while i had booked and paid for 3 persons, the room had no city view as mentioned while booking, further the food they provided in rooms from tirumala hotel was just average but when you see price, you realise how they are making customers .

I had booked the hotel by checking the review which seemed to be pleasant. However, on arriving, I found the condition unpleasant. the rooms were quite dirty, linens were dirty and the room had cobwebs.The room was full of insects and the part outside the window was as dirty as slum. The windows were extremely dirty. Room service was extremely poor and there was no telephone to call them.
please look into the matter and help serve the customers well.
