everything is good.
stay , beds , food , staff. everything is fine. don't expect luxury but amenities are perfect.
hotel management should take note of washroom odour.

Budget wise hotel is ok. Tea is good but food is not good. Please do not book any vehicle for travel from hotel as they charge very high.

best hotel.....I usually give more time to search for the best hotel with decent terrif ...honestly it was beyond expectation ....very near to main bazar,niharika complex....neat and clean and spacious room...specially very clean washroom..nice staff...amazing stay....keep this up !

Room was provide too late. After checkin time also we waited couple of hours for room. Never faced such kind of issue with any hotel. We had to fight through to get room.

Customer service very very poor. No value for money. No provision for functioning of TV programme We have booked Super Delux room A clever Manager provided us ordinary room without any faculty . TV service was also not provided

Nice clean rooms. Excellent staff. We were there a bit earlier than the expected checkin time and they allowed us to checkin earlier without hassle. Hotel is near the main market thus shopping and food options are easily accessible. Helipad and yatra registration counters are also nearby. Definitely recommended.

There were spider webs in the room. Almirah was not in condition that we can use it. Bed-sheets were having holes. Staff is good. Room service is good. They don’t bother to inform guests that there kitchen will not work on this date. When you give them a call for breakfast, they will tell you kitchen is not available today.
