Hotel Ganga basin location at Har ki pauri is great, you can have a ganga view from your room and a 1 or 2 mins walkable distance to the ghat for Ganga Aarti.. Food is not served but outside food is allowed. Overall we had a good stay at Hotel Ganga basin with family.

Room was best everything was good.
But never trust on there staff. They will loot u if u take vehicle from them. They are most dishonest people. They will say they will do cab in low price but when once u go away with that cab they will charge u alot.

View is nice. But rules are not. Hostel mein rehne nahi aaye the ki 10 pm ke baad hotel ka main door open nahi hoga.

I am not satisfied at all.
Ist size of room and bathroom is very small. I booked a room for 3 adults who can hardly accommodate in this small room. One bed is provided and room filled no other space avl. Size of wash room is also very small.
2. Quality of service is concerned, wiFi is not reachable in room. You need to visit to counter on many Occasions but then also solution is not avl 3. conveyance from railway station is not available u need to walk with luggage to reach hotel though hotel is situated near River Ganga and from room Ghat of Maa Gange is visible.
4. Food service not avl.

when we entered the room, i was surprised that Seepage was shown on the walls, Dust was on the chair, table and some parts of the bed, I said to the attendant to clean that, he said the cleaner was not there, The linen was ok but the quilt was not looking clean, one electric kettle was available in the room but that is not cleaned and when I was asked to clean he again denied, Room was not cleaned dust and other things was easily found in room everywhere,
