Everything was excellent from the rooms to the service everything except their WiFi.
I was tired telling them to do something about the wifi.
but it's okay pretty sure they are gonna take care of it.

It was nice but inferior service needs to be improved .SHOULD provide electric kettle in each room n tea in thermos flax .

worst hotel stay experience in my life.
we were given room at 4th floor and no lift. with a kid it's horrible to climb up..
Entered the room and the foul smells inside stoped our breath for sometime..
TV problem they couldn't fix in our 3nights stay.
food quality was so poor we couldn't finish half with we ordered on first night. opted to eat outside rest of the days.
room service was poor.. didn't clean the washroom bin till we left the hotel after repeatedly asking to clean.

The hotel stay was nice. With good view of M G Road. The room were very small in size. The bathroom had an issue. The water was overflowing. Rest all was good. Staff were very courteous & helpful.

room size is small but it's nice.
