We took a mountain view room but there were no mountain visible from there. Food is fine, they have a restaurant on the ground floor. Room was good but AC remote control was not working and some earthworms were there in the bathroom.

very pathetic service. Room are not clean. water bottles not provided. Drinking water provided was stinky badly 😢

overall stay was ok the staff was not good especially the receptionist in the night shift... he. denied us early check-in at 6 am inspite of empty rooms..he didn't even gave us more than one blanket to wait ... restaurant menu was very limited... same food in breakfast everyday... the other staff like helper, cleaner, other receptionist were good and helpful my experience as a family is also average... this place is far from katra market and not also much near the railway station... the only r ...more

First of all if you are searching for 4 star property then do not select this hotel at all. The room is full of bugs and insects, there is no clealiness. Being a new property its not even maintained still wondering how does it get a 4 star rating. Service time can range anywhere between 15-30 mins depending upon the number of reminder calls.
