good hotel in terms of connectivity but no food available in hotel

Hotel staff was not supportive at all, Accommodation was very poor I suggest people don't book room here.

worst experience at the hotel
1) Bathroom was in pathetic condition
2) Continuous water leakage from one of the taps
3) only advantage is that the hotel is near to the Katra Bus stand and near to Yatra RFID counter.
4) There is no kitchen in the Hotel ( did not understood why is it called Hotel ! it is basically a Lodge, just stay no food facility, not even tea!! There was a resturant adjacent where I was going and drinking tea !)

The hotel is centrally located (close to Niharika Bhawan) but I feel that I was charged more. For additional hours, I was asked to pay extra, despite me letting them know prior about my dates/timings of stay. Please note that there is NO LIFT and senior citizens/travellers with heavy/big luggage may find it difficult. Overall service can be enhanced by making customers feel welcomed.
