Worst Experience of Hospitality.Poor Service in terms of Room as well as Dine in.Shabby Condition of Rooms and Toilet.On asking for toiletries the staff responded by saying we generally don't provide. No dental kit, no slippers in the room.On asking for glass, a plastic glass was provided in the room.The staff took 4 Hours to provide drinking water in the room.I had a booking of 3 days but I preferred to shift from the Resort.Management was not helpful at all.
