Dirty rooms. Poor hygiene. After having looked at the room, I have not checked in the hotel. Didn't get the refund for the room.

stay at hotal gyan was horrible
when we book hotal gyan from goibibo than hotal staff allot room is so horrible. i cant understand why hotal gyan treeted us like free holder.

बुकिंग पर अक्सर ये hotal अच्छी सुविधा नहीं देता third floor पर रूम था जों मुझे दिया गया जहाँ पर बेड से छोटा मेट्रिस थारजाई भी बहुत गन्दी थी और उसका कवर जुगाड़ करके डाला हुआ था जों रजाई से भी बड़ा थाबहुत गन्दा एक्सपीरियंस

This Hotel stay was beyond my imagination. Best ever in Haridwar. Just at the bank of Ganga, panoramic views from room no. 401. Excellent services. Thanks to staff and management who added many valuable information & pleasant stay.
