Worst experience. They have not provided 2nos room in a houseboat as per booking.There is only 2nos room available in house boat, from which they provided 1nos room to other customer

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at HB city of Kashmir.. The host Younis Bhai and his family were very generous and we enjoyed their hospitality.. Hope to stay again next time when we visit Kashmir. Special thanks for Chacha who took us for a early morning 5.00 am boat ride to floating market at dal lake and also zillion of thanks to Aunty ji who prepared delicious food. Younis bhai..you are the best guide..Cheerz and Thanks for your hospitality.

Very beautiful and comfortable houseboat. I stayed here for 5 days, it was once in a lifetime experience, their hospitality is amazing. They also provide free pick up and drop facility from gate number 7 on Dal lake. WiFi is superb and hot water was available for bath.

Worst Houseboat. worst service. the owner of talking is so worst. don't go for it. this is really a bad experience.

I have stayed there for 3 nights this houseboat really beautiful excellent service great food best locations. Hotel manager Mr. Yonis very coaperative person. Mr. Ramjan chacha is very nice man. Definitely value for money. Amazing stay recommend to people book that houseboat. Thanks Mr.Yonis Ramjan and Goibibo....
