the hotel is in a good and nice location but they didn't provide a pick-up and drop facility. according to my experience, please think about pickup and drop facilities. strongly recommend from my end.

1.There is Worst hotel in my whole life and also Katra.
2. Main reception staff was very miss behavior & extremely rude if you complain rooms as well as toilet..he denied every thing and do miss behave with you. "Ye aapko fill karayenge ki inhone apko Hotel me free me rakha hai".
3.I have booked two room in this hotel from 16th April to 18th April , toilet flush was not working, intercom was not working , T.V. was not working, room service is very very slow.
5.He don't know how to deal with customer. specially for online booking customer.

Room was spacious but they did not provide any packaged water bottle, basic amenities like shampoo, sleepers, electric kettle, tea, coffee sache etc were missing. Food was good and delicious.

Pros
1. Location - Just 400 metres from Katra Railway Station.(10/10)
2. Food Price, Quality & Room Service were excellent. (10/10)
3. Amenities were limited to towel and 3 Rs soap (Medimix) (5/10)
4. Hotel Price - Costly

1. The room provided to me was badly smelling
2. Geyser was not working
3. No invoice / bill provided by the hotel management.
4. Hotel does not have any power backup and the electricity keeps on fluctuating in the area.

There were lots of cockroaches in both the rooms and no concrete action was taken by hotel staff to help us. One of the bad experiences.
