The whole staff of Hotel especially reception staff was very polite, humble and well trained. The room was clean and hygienic. Very good hotel room on economy rates.

I checked in a family room h 6 which had a area of 320 sq feet with 4 beds, the room and toilet was ok, but the main problem was there was only a single ac for this room which was very less on contacting the reception they told me that 1 ac is more than enough i told him one ac is good for 160-180 sq feet and it could not cool the whole room but i would request them to please atleast use common sense and stop looting the customer on behalf of family room, not recommended for family stays......

superb experience, i have stayed there for 2 days .bathroom was luxurious , food in dinner and beakfast has lots of varitey. you can book rooms only and pay for food at spot that will be less costlier. one delux room cost 1400rs.book with no doubt.

staff had a casual approach when asked for TV not working got reply it is like that only asked for serving water nobody turned around . Asked for drop service by hotel it was informed 3 hrs before that will leave at 10:15pm and again reminded 15 minutes before that we are coming and when came to lobby staff says that car is not available take a riksha how u trust hotels staff one suggestion don't have food at hotel not good

Nice Staff and no too costly. Drop and pick up is on paid bases. 650 m from yatra parchi counter. Food quality and taste is very good. Restaurant inside the hotel. Normal Costing for food.
