Unpleasant experience, Property is not as much good as shown in the Goibibo site.
Rooms were not clean, basic facility were provided on multiple requests.

Worst Stay Ever - false Promises & Dangerous Conditions!My stay at this hotel was beyond horrible. **Firstly, the room I was given was pathetic and nothing like what was shownIt was a complete bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, while taking a bath, I even **felt an electric shock!** This place is downright dangerous. Pathetic state of property, stained rooms, broken ac, no water in morning, electricity cuts with no AC back up.
Rooms with rats, our bags were cut due to rata and no one seems to take care.
Don't book this hotel in any circumstances.
Complimentary drop service to banganga stopped before 1 km and in return they denied for a pick up.
Broken doors, no working TV

Very bad . They didnt gave us give us accommodation at night. They said room is occupied. They shifted us in other hotel at night 2 AM. Very bad Hotel very bad management. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied. Very bad management and the hotel condition was very dirty. Not at all clean

Nice property, very close to Katra Railway station, Bus stand and Helipad also.
Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

Too bad stay.. i need full refund.. worst experience ever..
Zero cleaning.. dusting and changing bedsheets when we entered in room.. we asked them to change because of dirty bedsheets.. geyser not working. When started working, then light issue.. when switched on generator, geyser not working. No light(no internet, no hot water) on generator.
