Ac's not working and not supportive staff and only oner person working at night shift so they took 2 hour to give everything and still ac not working and dirty room with lot of mosquitos and dirty bedsheet

we have booked a basement room, we spent only 1night as we started tracking Mata vaishno devi mandir in the early morning.
so for one night the basement room is ok. best part they have provided free drop at Bangaga
Nice. The staff was good.

considering the location of the hotel near the railway station makes it worthwhile.
though our stay was short but we were very satisfied with ambience,amenities, room service and specially the food was deliciously mouthwatering.
thanks a lot for your hospitality and we look forward to another stay for a long duration

location was very good.
hotel rooms were excellent.
amenities were very good.
one back drop is that complementary ride i.e. to drop at katra helipad not given.
even when requested to adjust the same just by dropping at station which is only 250 mtrs , that is also denied
