Experience was good. Hotel is very near to Railway station, but around 1.5-2 Km far from katra main bazaar

The hotel is a bit too expensive for the amenity it offers. As soon as we checked in , we found our bedsheet to be unclean and it clearly hadn't been changed as we saw hairs on it. once they arrived to change the bedsheets, we asked them for towels which they said will be provided, but it never came. There is no lift , so it should be mentioned before people book. in case you come from the vaishno devi yatra, it will be a mammoth task for you to climb up every time.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Katra Hills. Courtesy, friendly, helpful, good advice and suggestions, cab arrangements etc made our stay a pleasant and memorable. This is one of the best place to stay in Katra, we really enjoyed the place and hospitality. Food is really tasty must try here.
