Lemon Tree Hotel Katra is a very good property, their rooms are also very clean and this hotel is very close to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Railway Station and specially the front desk staff here are very good persons..

it is a decent property very near to Katra Railway Station and 10 minutes away from Katra main market. food and service is good. only thing is you need to ask the portion size before you order

It was totally a great experience at lemon tree. Food is delicious and well hygiene is maintained. 5 star for ambience and cleanliness. Staff behaviour is very police and having good gestures while entertaining specially Mr Arun and Sarika

very bad service.AC control was locked and not allowed to operate from room.. telephone was also not working. electricity cut off was to many times. . guests should find more properties better than this in same price
