they tried to give us delux room in place of grand delux..they talked rudely..i want to suggest people booking this hotel first check the hotel room and availability as a offline customer..then tell them we have booked online..otherwise u will get worst room available..

Rooms are small. Hygiene is an issue. Property not maintained properly by staff. Ibibo booking customers won't get free water and toiletries.
