Hotel was very good with extremely polite and humble service.Spacious rooms with all basic amenities. Property location is also good near by to railway station.Would strongly recommend friends and family to book their stay here while visiting katra vsishno devi.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay at hotel Lords paradise Katra with neat and clean rooms and quiet and blissful atmosphere.The washrooms were spotless equipped with all modern amenities and also toiletries given were adequate.The view of the Vaishno Devi hills from this hotel is just awesome.The hotel is also centrally located, close to both railway station and bus stand, making it the ideal destination for pilgrims visiting Katra for darshan.Overall a very satisfying stay and recommended to everyone visiting Katra for darshan.

room was not clean. the behaviour of the manager is too rude. the flush of bathroom is not in working condition. there is always a fissy smell.there is a garbage yard in the terrace. so unhygenic. not recommended to anyone.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth It
My stay at Lords Paradise Hotel was beyond horrible. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this place is not managed properly and lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality.
Firstly, we were not given the room category we had booked. Despite repeated complaints, no proper action was taken. To make matters worse, the AC was not working, and when we asked for a solution, we were told four different times to shift to another room – ...more

Very bad stay in hotel.
very rude behaviour in hotel reception.No water.Air conditioner not working.very small space in Double bed.Hotel offered to sleep in floor for my 9 year old son.very bad very bad.Dont stay in this hotel.very bad very bad.

We stayed at hotel Lords paradise one night before our vaishno devi trek .The staff helped us arrange everything from food to wake-up calls.The room was neat,and the bed was super comfortable.It really helped us rest well before the climb

Our stay at hotel Lords Paradise was nothing short of exceptional.From the movement we arrived,my family and I were welcomed with warmth and outstanding hospitality.The staff was incredibly courteous,always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel at home throughout our day.
