I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this hotel with these reasons:1. It shows only 10 min walk to mall road but inclined steps makes to exhausted to reach this hotel.2. Room too small in this price range. there is space for only 1 bed and room ends but in the picture it shows large.3. No cupboards are there to keep your belongings, no hangers to keep your clothes you have to put here and there that look clumsy and messy4. toilet neat and clean but very small5. service is good but there is no rem ...more

Had a great stay at Hotel Mandala! The newly renovated rooms are spacious and comfortable. The reception area is welcoming, and the staff is very polite. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Plus, the Kanchenjunga view is a bonus .

the worst experience ever... we have booked this hotel, but the same has closed for last 1 month, we did not get any type of notification. after reaching the hotel we came to know this situation here, in darjeeling all people know about this situation.
