the lift of the hotel doesn't work and they will give rooms on the 4th floor if booked. For walk-in visitors they are given the 2nd floor. The Front desk lady is too rude and just keeps on quarelling. The owner has not made the payment for lift subscription and thus the lift doesn't work. it was a nightmare for us during our stay at this hotel as we had aged people travelling and everytime they had to climb 4th floor. Our trip got spoiled, the owner didn't care about the issues raised. They had rooms available in the lower floors but denied to give them as we booked.

no lift service, given a room on the top floor. room was dirty. water flow from the tap is too slow which is clearly for bad maintenance.
Rude staff will add up more to your experience. worst food ever.
Please think twice before you book your stay.

well behave staff. rooms are clean. we stay for 2 nights. I like the hotel. only problem is that day, lift was not working.

We have visited there in last week of Feb-2024. Name of hotel have been changed to MMR Manor & Spa.
Overall it was a good stay at the Hotel ( as per price paid)
Pros:-
-Well maintained property with spacious, MG road facing, neat and clean room (201).
- 24x7 hot running water
- Hair dryer
- Lift
- In house restaurant
- V good location (just above MG Marg, with some incline)
- Elec kettle with big thermal flask for storage of drinking water
- V good Bed & mattress

It was a very nice experience.
It is very near to the MG Road.
Hotel staff were very helpful.
You can have a very nice view of the valley i you get the room with the valley view.

This property was very close to the M G Market. We checked-in very late which was assisted smoothly by the hotel inspite of being understaffed.However, this being understaffed was there throughout our experience of 4 days. The room was not provided as per what was described where city view was given, our was just had a view of the sideway stairs.
