Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I recently stayed at Muscatel Stardust - Chowrasta Mall Road and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any hotel. If you value basic comfort, cleanliness, and decent service, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. No Heating – Freezing Rooms Despite it being winter, the heating in my room was completely non-existing. I asked the front desk about it, and they either had no clue or offered to give a heater for 400 rupees per night, ...more

the stay was great, the chef who prepared breakfast was the stay was good, the location is great, the chef who prepared breakfast was amazing, he used to prepare zero oil food with no compromise in taste and he is so humble and gem of a person. the hotel staff’s were very humble and polite, the overall stay was good.
