Overall Hotel stay was bad. Major problems faced during stay: 1. The hotel entry gate was difficult to locate due to on going construction work. 2. Hotel walls were having damping marks.

Only advantage of this hotel is location. Other wise full of problems 1.New building construction is going on front side of the building so you will get full of dust and it is totally unsafe for kids. 2. No intercom phone available at my room 111 and this room back door was shared with kitchen so you will face full noise. we couldn't sleep on until 11:30 pm when we booked this hotel sleep peacefully in one month advanceusers will get the worst room of the hotel so be careful 3. Hotel is near to New Bus Stand And Helipad, room was ik but toilet was not hygienic, for one day Stay it is Okay but more then that not Recommended.

Disappointed by Hotel and Services I booked it for my parents during vaishno devi visit. Hotel location is good which is near to Railway station and Trek start place. The rooms were also clean. Lifts were not working in Hotel and my aged parents had to climb multiple floors after coming from the trek. Intercom was not working in room, so for any service or requirements my parents had to climb stairs up and down as Lift was also not working.
