washrooms were not cleaned at the time of check-in and remained dirty even after repeated requests.we handed over the keys while going for a site visit but the staff still did not clean the washroom.water supply stopped during the morning bath, causing a delay in our site visit.bedsheets were torn and had blood stains.there was a rat and lot of mosquitoes in the room.they instructed us to dial 9 for any assistance. however, the intercom telephone was malfunctioning, as their phone had been turned off.the hotel staff was rude and uncooperative.

the rooms are not maintained well,
washroom, either tap is not working or hot water not working or leaking pipes.intercomm not working.
not safe to stay at all,
but staffs are good.
overall, the price for this category is not worth.

It was an average stay, service was ok, extra charges for the mattress for 3rd guest in a room even if you add 3rd guest while booking. Water bottles also were charged.

ithna karab experience tha ....fake hotel hai.....griser se current shock mara meri bhen ko .....tv not not working..... phone not working......use Kiya hua bed sheet .....daala hua tha.....ithna Ganda tha hotel I can't express..... kindly don't book this cheap hotel......

Hotel is very good and location is also very good and very near to railway station katra.
Neet and clean hotal and staff behaviour is also good .

The rooms are spacious and nice . I have stayed in various hotels in katra. But at this budget rate such huge rooms are above my expectation. The hotel is located on the main road very close to the yatra parchi counter and market. I will surely book the hotel again.
Excellent stay in the hotel. They have all the important amenities like geyser, wifi, AC etc

Food is just vaow . I am very happy with my stay in hotel blue sapphire. I searched a lot before booking this order and now I am very satisfied with the services I get in such a minimum rates
Most important the rates of food is very cheap. Have my breakfast in the room in such rates is very nice. Also the rooms are very spacious

Excellent Stay, location is very good. Very near to railway station and bus stand, just walking distance. In such less rate its a great stay with such spacious rooms. Staff is very friendly.
The food quality is also very good in a very budget rates .
