No WiFi and no cleaning and do not have even windows and is full of dust and washroom is also small...and staff and owner of the hotel is not helping when we needed ...phone is not also available in hotel...worst experience

Its far from Bus stand about 2 km.I feel cheating..Poor bathroom damage door,tap leak,small room,dirty bed sheet,dirty blanket,many ants on bed,no towel provided,I booked hotel for two days bed sheets not change on 2 nd day...Very Bad .

No wifi and poor condition of cleanliness. It is very far from main market at a lonely location.All of the first floor rooms are stinking and do not have even windows and is full of dust. It is not even one star worth hotel.
We booked the hotel for darshan for 2 days. On the first day itself we left for the darahan leaving our luggage in the hotel. On the second day we returned from darshan to hotel. The checkout time is 12 P.m , we reached at 12.45 pm and found out they have removed our luggage ...more

friendly and very helpful owner and his sons. but only thing is it is bit inside from the mainroad and it is bit far from the proper bus stand.

The hotel is little far away from Katra Bus stand and Railway station. But from the terrace of this hotel you can see the whole katra city and the Mountain of Maa Vaishno Devi. This is a very silent place and its nearby a very old Kalka Temple is situated which also attract for worship.
Any way it's an ok ok stay. Hotel staff are good. Food also good. Only the bathroom needs deep cleaning...
