We have to reach the hotel from the back side of dal lake. It is not near to the main dal lake road. No restaurant in the house boat. If you are a budget traveller then this is good.

rooms are equipped with medium graded things..buth tub is there with geyser facility..window are equipped with net..foods are prepared at owner's home & its very healthy + tasty..very nice location on Golden Lake(extended part of Dal Lake) is much better than Nagnee lake..houseboat having awesome mountain view with sankarcharya temple..lots of shikaras are there to roam to shop..owner is very friendly & he arranged all transport facility with very logical rate..dont forget to taste Kashmiri Polao,Mutton Roganjosh,Kahwa tea,dry fruit during stay..

Good service by the caretaker... Food preparation is tasty but a bit expensive... But food in general is expensive in the lakes...

Stayed here 4 nights.The patron lives by the boat and is very helpful.Good home made food and value for money.Service by the caretaker could have been better and also the aminities.overall good place and worth the value.
